Iunno, last game I was I actually held one in each hand (G36C) and the CA just feels better. Word is the glass fibre or whatever they use is much closer to the real deal. Plus is matte black and not glossy.
I have much faith in CA guns as I've yet to hear of one made in the last 2 or so years have problems. I'll be getting my third CA on Monday probably. I will never buy (and never have bought) a TM gun new. They arn't fool proof either, I've heard of people getting lemons from them. Plus as you are fully aware of, the price CA's go for and what you get is unbeatable.
