BB Bastard NPT Charger Dead?

I'm probably going to have to take this over to somone who is comfortable with electronics, but my BB Bastard Charger seems to have died. I've only used it a handful of times to charge batteries, and wasted a lot of fuses before realizing the polarization of the wiring was backwards when it was sent...

But now; normally the charger's LED goes on even if there is no battery, toggles between green and red then turns off if there is no battery. I plugged the charger in, heard a loud pop and now there seems to be no activity. Plugged it into a different outlet and same result, no LED, but the body seems to get warm and the fuse is still fully intact.

I personally don't want to risk blowing out a battery or anything, but the area where you plug the cord into the charger seems to smell burning.

Any advice?
