well, it 'is' possible.
There is .22lr subsonic ammo that shoots at ~550fps at muzzle.
there is not as drastic a difference as you think there is between 425 (common bolt action limit in ontaio, and 550.
That said, good luck getting the gun to work this way, it would envolve lots of calculations and intensive engineering work.
