I'm having a little trouble with my HATCH knee pads, specifically, they keep sliding out of position after a little movement.

Can anyone suggest some things I might do to help keep them in place during games, so that I don't constantly have to readjust them?

Here are some basic questions too, to help guide this a little.

Both the pads look the same, except for the way the velcro goes in the back, left-to-right or right-to-left. Which one is supposed to go on which knee? (They are not labelled.)

How should the velcro be attached in the back, specifically with regards to positioning behind the knee? Should the straps be very separated or close together in the center?
