First, adjust the hopup so it's perfect. You want the best trajectory before you even try to fix the scope.

If your scope is better than the piece of crap the PSG-1 comes with... Find a target at least 20-30 meters away. Rest the gun on a solid surface. Take aim and try groups of 5 shots.
Adjust the scope's elevation and windage screws to match where most of the BBs go.
That's it. The 'zero' on the set screws is not the 'zero' we're talking about.

If your scope is the one the PSG-1 came with, expect problems. They are of very poor quality.

If this is not working for you, you'll have to find local help.
