It really depends on what you are is practicing...

If you are looking to get your draw and sight picture aquire for say...IPSC, then and airsoft pistol is great tool to have in your basement. You can set up targets and get a pretty reasonable accuracy with it from 10-15 feet, so it could be a valid training tool.

If you are looking to actually better your accuracy, then you're probably out of luck. Even on gas blow back guns the recoil is far from comparible, and the ballistics are so different that very little will carry over.
