I'd be more worried about the fact that making gear out of regular material will give it zero life span rather than camo mixing.
To answer your question though I think the marpat would go with cadpat alot better than acu, especially in wooded locations.
In the end your question is more of personal preferance than anything, I don't see any need to care what other players think of your kit as long as you like it and it works that's all that realy matters.
