The M120 is a very strong spring, that would explain part of your problem. The stronger the spring is, the more problems you will have. You should learn to adjust the hopup system instead.
To get new parts, contact any of the International Retailers that will ship to you. Do not buy a cheap mechbox just to save money. It will break again.
