LOL, CA or even Star won't snap in half on you, they're way above that (unless you're fat and fall on them
). The flak CA gets is from poor quality control a few years back, which has improved tremendously since (although still not 100% where TM is, but most companies aren't). People love CA because it's got higher metal content and higher rated internals versus any Marui gun of equal model, even if CA guns can be a little inconsistent about their out-of-the-box reliability.
My first gun is a CA36E, and I've had no real mechanical issues.
