i dunno if this is the case, but maybe the gas is too lubed? I remmeber i put too much silicone oil when I refilled my KSC mag G18c with duster gas and it wouldnt fully cycle till all the lube was out. Just a guess.
Maybe something is wrong with the spring or an internal part is loose/broken?
