i have made a custom face mask made from two layers of stainless steel mesh, and interlocking pieces of shock resistant plastic. the mask isn't even 6mm thick including the impact foam padding. it's light and hugs my face perfectly, and i can breath with out it fogging up my goggles. it has been painted cammo, and can take 400FPS shots at point blank with .25g BB's. does not get in the way of my gun at all.
i will never get a busted lip again!
