Unless you're building an INSANELY high ROF setup, you don't really need teflon.

Correct, the piston heads are the silent type, although the bore up head sets are larger outer diameter.

Correct, the inner diameter of boreup cylinders are larger, the cylinder walls are thinner, so it will still fit standard gearboxes.

And yes, the M120 is powerful enough to push a bore-up cylinder. In fact, it is the absolute minimum spring required in order to power the bore up cylinder as spec'ed by Systema.

Keep in mind that the weakest bore-up setup will push you well over 400fps, which as far as I know is illegal in the UK to break even 1J.
