Walmart sells "Fellowes" in the yellow can, but you have to dig around and find the older ones that actually have "Tetrafluoroethan" in it. They sell for $6.99 for a Net Wt. 10 oz. can.
Zellers sells "Belkin - The Blaster" which also has "Tetrafluoroethan" in it but it costs $10.95 for a Net Wt. 12 oz. can.
Keep lookin around...it's out there!

That's weird, I just bought a 10 oz. yellow can of Fellowes a few days ago, and it says that it contains difluoroethane, not tetrafluoroenthan". I bought mine from Canadian Tire though, it was $3 more.
