6 inch UTG SUPPRESSOR

UTG MP5 SUPPRESSOR Extended Version “6 inches”

Parts you will need:

1)¾” OD PVC Pipe at least one foot long
2)TWO 1/4”OD X 3” L Brass nipples
3)ONE 1/4” Female Pipe Coupling (brass)
4)THREE 1/2” OD pipe connectors
5)Electrical Tape (black)
6)Epoxy
7)Drill
8)FLAT BLACK SPRAY PAINT
9)Sand paper at least 220 grit
10)Pipe cutter
11) Ruler
12) Sharpie/pencil

Step 1)
Connect the two Brass nipples together by using the 1/4” female pipe coupling make sure it is screwed on tightly. Measure it next to the pipe and make sure one threaded end is sticking out so you can screw it onto the gun. Using a pipe cutter cut the length of 6 inches from the PVC pipe.

Step 2)
Wrap up the 1/4” female pipe coupling with electrical tape and make sure it fits snugly in the PVC pipe.

Step 3)
Take the connected parts back out and start wrapping up the 1/4” OD X 3” L brass nipples with electrical tape. Make sure you leave one of the threaded ends unwrapped. Fit one brass coupling at the threaded end that is wrapped up. Then wrap the connector with electrical tape.

Step 4)
Second coupling should go behind the female coupling same process at step three but this time just behind the female coupling. Remember to wrap the connector with electical tape

Step 5)
Third connector goes behind the second connector and closer to the end that is unthreaded. Make sure all couplings slide snugly into the PVC pipe. This may take some fine tuning but it is seriously worth it.

Step 6)
Plug up the brass ends with paper.
Coat the insides of the PVC pipe with epoxy and slide the whole set up into the pipe. Push it in with the un taped threaded end.

Step 7)
Wait for epoxy to dry. You can use this time to use the epoxy to try and even out the ends.

12...hours later....

Step 8 )
Sand the end of the suppressor and drill out the paper that is glued. Dremel sanding bits work better.

Step 9)
Sand the whole suppressor using 220 grit sand paper.

Step 10)
Clean the dust off of the suppressor with a vaccum cleaner then wash it with some mild soapy water. Rinse off and dry with blow drier.

Step 11)
Spray paint the damn thing...make sure the threaded end that is exposed is covered with some news paper...

Step 12)
Screw the sucker onto your gun and have a blast!!!!

This was made because I had too much time on my hands...I'll get some pics of it in the gun when I get it later this week.
