I just finished reading NAM (National Airsoft Magazine, *I think), and near the back, they have a "secret shopper" article. They gave the shop a one star, literally took three pages to fill out everything he had to go through to get a thirty dollar vest.
Glad we don't have that kinda crap in Canada... At least not from the retailers list on top.
