Funny you mentioned the site being under construction. I mentioned that in an email I sent when I ordered some velcro and patches. They were pretty blunt in the fact that they were not under construction, but rather "adding" new things all the time lol.

The MICH/ACH strap is the 4 point chin strap... at least, that's the one I got. So they should have that, or at least at some point did. *lol*

But can't really complain about their service, it's been pretty good. As far as I'm aware, they actually have 2 locations, one in NY and the other in TX. Not too sure which number you were calling, Yuxi - but overall, I've had better luck corresponding via e-mail. Hope'ya get what you're looking for!
