I had a first gen MP5 when they came out, and never had any problems with it. Although I've seen many cases of the bad internals, its still a better deal to buy the CA and throw a TM box in it. I havent owned once since that MP5, but I have heard nothing but good things since those first problems had been fixed. I wouldnt hesitate to buy another CA. But for me its availability. No one in Canada seems to keep them in stock, and I dont recal ever hearing the full explination as to why this is? Sure you could special order one, but I'm incredibally impatient and hate waiting a month+.
