Ok, i cracked out the good ol' multi meter and did some trouble shooting. The motor is the bastard on this one. The motor is getting the current to it with minimal voltage drop (due to connections etc etc. I took apart the motor housing to confirm nothing in the mechbox had seized. I took out the motor and the bastard turns a slight amount with a small humming sound.
I think the KM's on the gun along with the PDI 150% just killed her slowly...
