wires are backwards is my guess
either plug your battery in the opposit way that it is and try it, or reverse the wires to the motor.
happened to me before, gun was ment to use small battery connector but i used a large. the red and blackwires were reversed and it would turn like it had no power then blow the fuse.
give it a test
