OK part one.
With gas guns most of the issues are with the mags. How many mags do you have and are they all KWA or are some KSC?
Now Part two.
If you put the stock bolt setup in and it runs fine then you know where the problem is.
Extra credit. What gas are you running and how hot is it outside?
