I think you can find the right size in wiper fluid hose from automotive parts supply stores.
No specific's though. In BC you could try Lordco. Update this thread with details.
I tried a few of the "good" do it yourself kits but couldn't get a solid result myself so come spring thaw I need to take another crack at this.
