my reasoning for 18:1 gear ratio was the motor. If the motor is not strong enough to push the spring back then, gear ratio should compensate for it.
BTC SPECTRE should be cheaper now that MK.II is out. Just an assumption on that.
I agree with everyone else that if you are low on the techy part, you better take it to a gun doctor. Paying for labor is better than ending up with a gun in pieces.
