Yeah but if we're talking about the dangers of a mag heating up a few degrees in the sun, it doesn't really matter what gas you're using lol
I've had a propane mag blow a WE PDW bolt apart twice in a row before. It's more of a danger of not having any way to regulate internal pressure in the mag. If you had a safety blowout valve you'd a) never have that issue and b) probably never have baseplates leak on pistols
