MP5s use V2 gearboxes, so any V2 gearbox upgrade should work in an MP5, which should take care of your internal upgrades.
Externally, there's not a whole lot to do with MP5s. The fanciest would be a swordfish kit and an optic mount, but that's about the extent you can really customize an MP5.
