I'd try all the Hong Kong or Taiwan based retailers and see. You can also message some Canadian retailers to see if they can order it in for you.
One thing to note about the steel slide and barrel set is that your gas efficiency is going to drop significantly. I don't have personal experience with a steel slide build but I'd imagine you'd struggle to empty 17 rounds in fall/winter.
