I doubt Revision lens will fit into Lancer frames. Goggles are not something you want to macguiver to work, you only have one set of eyes it's not worth the risk.

I have Revision Desert Locust fan version with thermal lens and Sawflys with the prescription insert. Cost me close to $500 for everything but I hardly have to worry about fogging and never about safety.
