This one is used on free-floating RAS units.
You can't just pop it onto standard RIS or RAS II units. The mounting mechanism of the free floating RAS is totally different in that the entire railed handguard is one piece, whereas standard RIS, RAS, and RAS II units have seperate uppers and lowers. |
so you are saying it is not interchangeable with the one i have on my m4 ris? also, have you seen the G&P ones for sale separate of the conversion kits?
