Bought a TM G17 with a tinted lower since it was on sale for $180. This was great since I would have upgraded to a Guarder G17 frame right away anyways. I already saved about $100, and I got the frame used for $40.

Test fired 1 mag - literally less than 30 rounds, then put it away until I got my Guarder frame installed.

After installation I noticed that the front post had already sheared off. Not sure what other problems it could cause, so it's good that I put in the new frame right away.

Anyone else have similar problems? I understand the tinted frame might be weaker than their solid black frames.
