In Germany, I used a Cyma G17 Electric Pistol I think. The guy told me it wasn't faster then 140 fps. I think it was 110 fps. I managed to get kills in an outdoor quarry.
On a side note, I was laughing my ass off to see the BB fly so slow but eh, it's their law.
