I'm surprised no one has said anything about PDI W-Holds.

In Japan, guns are limited to 1 joule (around 350FPS) and the PDI W-Hold is one of the best drop-in buckings available for that power level.

Another obvious choice are the Prometheus Purple buckings. I know you tried the Red and it's a disaster, but the purple one is actually quite good.
