Step 3: you say in Alberta, but your location says you are in Toronto, which is it?
Step 4: See step 1 again.
Step 5: Once all above are done then you apply for a business license where you live.
Step 6: Once license obtain, and you have inventory in stock, create website, pay for advertising and go from there.
Step 7: See step 1 again.
