Ask around at some of the games if you can try some guys gear on that have these set ups so you can see what you prefer and what fits you.

If your in the GTA you can try on some of the TAG gear I have in stock.

You will have to watch with some of the rigs due to your size, they might not tighten up enough and you'll have them moving around.

The other option is getting something that has adjustment straps that can be cut and sewn to be shorter.
