Quick update for those interested:
Sent them an email on Sunday around 11pm, and they replied under 15-20min O_o
Mentioning one of the staff apparently tried calling me over a part I ordered that wasn't in stock anymore (never received the call though; iPhone Fluke or user error not dialling the correct number?)
The rep contacted me again this morning by email and they're sorting it out already
Long Story short; they seem to have a real good CS!
