basically you want the contacts so far apart that they will only sandwich the shuttle block near the back of the trigger pull, so with the trigger in the half gearbox, hold it down and pull it like you were shooting, see how far the shuttle pushes forward and adjust the contacts accordingly. You want them to shift/come in contact lightly, not have the contacts pinch and hold the shuttle.
