So after 2 more emails asking them about the status of my package, no response. I think it's fair to say these guys have poor customer service, as I'm still not confident that all the items I ordered are being shipped to me.

This morning I checked my tracking again and noticed that it finally updated. My package departed Hong Kong at 7:15am local time.
