do you know how to split the upper from the lower?
Right now you haven't provided enough information to diagnose the issue. You need to open things up to look at them.
Splitting the upper off the lower will let you inspect the front/top of the gearbox and remove the hopup and barrel for inspection.

I futz with V2s, V3s and V6s. I could be wrong... but probably, most likely not, as far as I know.
