Has anyone ever tried importing this gun from overseas?

Its not a replica, so i dont know if its going to fall into a restricted fire arms, but the fps on the website states 345 fps which is below the importing fire arm laws, but this isnt a replica... so just wanted to see if anyone has done it before.
