As GR said, this is something I've wanted to attend for a while now, and have not had the funds or motivation to get all the gear together. I was hoping to spend this coming year slowly accumulating bits for East Wind 9.
I'm really sad to see it go. East Wind has been a "goal" of many players up here in Canada. You guys have created and held a great event for the past 8 years, and the idea of playing in it will be missed.
