pretty sure marshal is the tech admin if he can't get it sorted then it's a more serious problem.

If it's not in your spam then your email provider maybe completely filtering it out before it even gets to you.

or the sql database is fucked
or the php mailer is fucked

I had an issue a while back where I could not reset my password because emails were not arriving. I was able to work around it by linking my facebook account and logging in with facebook, then changing my password. Not sure if you have that option from a non authenticated account.
