I just picked up mine today. I don't know if they don't like KA metal mid caps but I just loaded mine and now it won't come off. I'm trying not to force it so I don't break it. But I don't know now.

I managed to get the mag well off and take it off manually(scratching the catch up because of the magazine btw). Also if you take of the adapter and just line up the channel, you can in theory load other mags. Just did a few of my G36 mags but had to hold it pretty awkwardly
