If it's just 1 mag being troublesome, it might be more economical to use it as a parts mag and just replace it... at some point investing so much time into such a stubborn thing becomes frustrating, or a waste of precious time that could be spent on more constructive things.
How much is your time worth to you? If I can't solve a mag issue in 2-3 hours, I buy a new mag. How much money and time have you spent on playing with springs and valves now? I value my time at base, 20$/hour. I have all of 2, maybe 3 nights per week tops to work on gun related stuff. I can't waste that time messing around with 1 fussy mag. :P
Have you tried swapping the release valve from a working mag? That would put one of your other working mags at risk of not coming back together properly due to some voodoo curse of the airsoft gods. But it could be worth a try. If 2 out of 3 work in the gun, you don't question the gun unless you're hideously unlucky and the 2 working ones are the bad ones.
