If you remove the trigger block, there is supposed to be 3 thing protruding.
From the rear, is the bolt-locked lever, spring guide lock and sear.
Your bolt-lock lever seems to stick. That disconnects the trigger from the sears.
Check that, and maybe adjust as needed (sand/file).
