Tokyo Marui L96 Not Catching
So Im attempting to field a used Tokyo Marui L96 and while I love the rifle, it has one major issue... the sear (from what I've read online) just doesn't want to catch UNLESS I ***SLAM*** the bolt down almost to the point where I feel I'll break the damn thing. I can pull the bolt back, push forward, load a bb and pull the trigger with -nothing-, it's not locked in place, it's not stuck, the trigger pulls back as though the gun isn't loaded.
The only way I can get it to fire at this point is if I lift the bolt arm up (to the point where I could pull it back) only to slam the darn thing down again.
Would purchasing the Zero Trigger solve this issue? As it was explained to me by the previous owner, this is a "common issue" with these guns. Whether it is or not is neither here nor there, I just want to use the gun on the field without giving away my position too easily by getting up, swearing at the gun, kicking it across the grass before taking out a pistol, shooting myself in the foot, yelling hit and saying "fuck this!' before going back to the car to get my AEG.
Help?
