Well the police won't care what its for unless its illgeal. Airsoft is perfectly legal. I hope u saved all the past emails and PMs you got from him as evidence.
Just read the post about small claims. Thanks for the info I never knew that. Couldn't you also demand that the offender pay for court costs. Like on TV, I don't know much about small claims because Civics only covered criminal justice.
