I agree that Condor used to be fairly good. However quality has dipped as of late. Looking at the plate carriers (Specifically the MOPC) they advertise it as being 1000D Cordura. It is certainly NOT 1000D, more like 330D. Their pouches are infact 1000D, however that is not the case for the plate carrier.

I also dislike the fact that they use folded cordura instead of webbing on the carriers they have. Personally I felt discouraged and found that I would not perform to the best of my abilities and tended to slow down whenever I used Condor in the past. Now that I'm running with the Crye/LBT/Eagle/HSGI/BFG gang I trust my gear FAR more.

If you can, I would advise going with a Flyye or better yet LBT 6094A as a substitute for the Condor MOPC. The MOPC is in the end a heavier, odd looking 6094 clone anyway.
