uhhh what? I think maybe you meant marui PSG-1
PTW's cycle like AEG's, the piston is forward at rest, you pull the trigger and it brings the piston all the way back, then releases it
It won't be bad at all for the spring, but what it WILL be hard on, is the motor.
You need significantly more torque to move the spring from that fully cocked position. Although you can get away with a torque motor and normal ratio gears, I'd recommend using double torques to make it easier on the motor.
