I used corrugated plastic presentation board.. 3 sheets laminated perpendicular for strength... and then wrapped it in that anti slip mat you put in drawers... super light weight, lots of airways for airflow and the antislip stuff prevents it from moving around much, on top of creating space between me and the plate/vest for additional airflow.

I futz with V2s, V3s and V6s. I could be wrong... but probably, most likely not, as far as I know.
