With this type of valve Air and Co2 are interchangeable.
No need for an expensive regulator.
if you choose HPA you can set up with a scuba fill station for under $150 and that would give you (guess 7000 + rds) fill cost $7
a 12 oz tank with a $4 fill would give you 3000 to 4000 rds..
if you were starting from scratch ( which most are not ) Air is cheaper and easier the batteries I think.
If you play at a field Air ii Free and is usually located for self serve in the middle of the field.
