Figured it was about time I posted my kit. It's about 99% there
First up is my outdoor kit. What I like to call my kitchen sink rig:
Pantac OD Molle style PC Plate Carrier with:
- Pantac Radio pouch
- 4x Pantac Double mag shingles
- Pantac Double mag pouch
- Maxpedition Monkey Admin pouch
- Phantom MBSS pack with Source Military 2L hydration bladder
- Condor Cobra sling w/ Mash hook and rig upgrade kits
- SOG SEAL Pup (don't worry, the knife stays at home)

On the opposite end of the spectrum this is my barebones indoor chest rig, for when I need something minimal.
My buddy picked it up for me from the Philippines a few years back.
The only thing I did was switch around the shoulder straps so the buckle is in the rear:
