The problem of using microswitch with MOSFET is that the microswitch bounces from the vibration of firing. This is absolutely awful for MOSFET with AB, and bad for MOSFET without AB. Microswitches that are rated for smaller current have lighter moving parts which make them have less or no bouncing, but 11A is still too close to the 15A ones (stock ones) which have bouncing problem.
Depends on your gun build and your battery, you maybe able to use those 11A ones directly, without MOSFET. They will be overloaded, and they will burn eventually, but hopefully not too much faster than the stock one. It is not like overloading a switch rated for 0.1 amp with the currently inside an AEG circuit…
